County of Knox 
Joseph Woods enters 200 acres in said county on the head waters of little Flat 
Creek adjoining the land of James Crippen, Isaac Condry, Jane Dunlap and 
others. Beginning at an ash in the head branch of the said Flatcreek at the 
north corner of said tracts of land thence with his back line on a part of the 
Copper Ridge on various other courses for compliment as to include and re-
enter all the lands owned by him the said Wood. Entered 28th January 1839.
