KNOXVILLE, TN - Carrie Belle Huffman Davis, 89, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at
St. Mary's Medical Center. She was the daugher of the late Dock David and
Harriet E. Huffman, and wife of the late F.A.W. Davis. She was preceded in
death by a grandson, James David Hendrix; four brothers; and one sister. She
was a member of Brookwalter United Methodist Church. She was employed by
Norwood Library for 22 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Edith Marie (Beejie) Davis; two granddaughters;
and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bookwalter United Methodist
Church. Rev. Mack Turner officiated. Burial followed in Bookwalter Cemetery.
The family received friends from 1 .m. until the service hour Thursday at the
church.
