This Curd (b. 1817) was the son of Richardson Cox. Curd & Nancy's sons, William Henry Harrison Cox and James Madison Cox, were named the executors. Their daughter Sarah was not mentioned in the will, although she lived until 1935. ------------------------------------ September Term 1882 Curd Cox I, Curd Cox, of Knox County, Tennessee hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me do make, publish, and declare this as my last will and testament. First. After my death I desire all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid. 2nd I will and bequeath my estate real and personal to my beloved wife Nancy Cox during her natural life. 3rd After the death of my wife, I desire that my children shall share equal in my estate. 4th I hereby appoint my two sons, Wm.
