(2) I give devise and bequeath to Henry Blair Cox the two work mules and all farming machinery and all stock cattle. (3) I give, devise, and bequeath to Fred Cox, two and one half year old horse mule (4) I bequeath that my Son and Daughter Henry Blair Cox and Blannie Earl Cox, stay here for two years, Henry Blair Cox to pay all taxes and they receive all they make on said place and they keep Elmer Blair Hackworth , board, clothe, and school him for two years. If they do not wish to stay here two years, the place is to be sold and divided equal among my eight heirs providing all heirs are willing to sell said place. (5) I give devise and bequeath to Blannie Earl Cox one bay mare and choice of two milk cows (6) I give, devise and bequeath that my insurance be divided equal among my eight heirs. (7) I bequeath at Elmer Blair Hackworths death if he leaves no heirs all of his estate is to revert to the Cox heirs.
