Cox I, John B. Cox, of Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament. FIRST. I desire and direct that all my just debts and my funeral expenses be first paid by my Executrix out of any funds coming into her hands as such Executrix. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real and personal, to my wife, ELISA COX, in fee simple and absolutely. THIRD. I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Executrix of this my last will and testament; and I direct that no security be required of my said wife as Executrix.
