                           Last Will and Testament 
                                     of 
                               John Henry Cox 
                              November 1, 1955 
I, John Henry Cox, of route 17, Knoxville, Tennessee, being of sane mind and 
not acting under compulsion or undue influence of any person or persons, do 
hereby make and declare this, my last Will and Testament, bequeathing as 
follows: 
  My daughter, Beulah M. Sisk, is to be administrator of my estate, being 
either real or personal property.   From my estate Beulah M. Sisk is to settle 
my doctor bills and burial expenses. 
  If there be any of my estate remaining it is to be used to take care of 
Margaret Cox daughter *Not of sound mind".   In event any of the estate is 
left after Margaret Cox's death, the remainder is to be equally divided among 
remaining heirs, the names
