Murray Know all men that I James M. Murray citision [sic] of the State of Tennessee now the age of Fifty too [sic] years Being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and Publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit First It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duley [sic] paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease Second I give and bequeath unto in case I dye [sic] and leave a surviving widow Margret M. Murray the Residue of my Property Both Real and Personal as long as she Remaines [sic] Margret M. Murray But in case she should marry she forfets [sic] all her rite [sic] and clame [sic] and theire [sic] should Bee [sic] a guardeen [sic] fore [sic] all the minor ones(?) and all Property soled [sic] Rale [sic] and Personal and edqeley [sic] devided [sic] between theme [sic] And lastley [sic] I nominate Constitute and appoint Margret M. Murray to be the executor of this my last will herebye [sic] Reoking [sic] all other wills leacies [sic] and Bequests to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 13 day of August in the yeare [sic] of our lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Ninty [sic] one.
