WILL OF A.A.WEBB

STATE OF TENNESSEE  LAUDERDALE COUNTY.   I,A.A.WEBB,of Ripley,Lauderdale
County,Tenn.,being of sound mind and disposing memory,and knowing the
uncertainty of life and the certainty of death,do make and publish this as my
last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills
at any time heretofore made by me.

FIRST: I want my just debts and funeral expenses paid out of any money or
personal property which I may own at my death first coming into the hands of my
executrix.

SECOND: I do hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife,MOLLIE J.WEBB,all the
money,notes,and all other personal property of any and every kind which I may
own at the time of my death in order that she may use the same for her own use
and benefit and the support and education of my younger son,LEWIS HALL WEBB,who
is now about eleven years of age.I also give to my said wife for and during her
natural life all the real estate of which I may die seized and possessed
consisting of a farm of 66 acres in the 7th civil district of Lauderdale
County,Tennessee,and any interest which I may have in the house and lot in
Ripley,Tenn.,where I now live,the deed to same having been made to myself and
her by the entireties.Said farm is rented out for the years 1922 and 1923 and I
now hold the rent notes for the same and these rent notes I give to her
absolutely as a part of my personal estate.At her death I want my said real
estate to belong equally to my four children, ROBERT LEE WEBB, BERTIE MAY
THOMPSON, ALTIE FLORANCE WEBB and LOUIS HALL WEBB,they to take at my death an
equal undivided vested remainder interest therein subject to the life estate in
the same herein given to my said wife; and if either of them should not be
living at the time of my death then their share is to belong to their children
and if they have no children then to their heirs at law.

THIRD; I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife,MOLLIE J.WEBB,as the
executrix of this my last will and testament and do hereby expressly excuse her
from executing bond as such.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF: I have hereunto subscribed my name and published this as
my lasr will and testament on this March 7th,1922. A.A.WEBB.  Signed and
acknowledged by the tesator as his last will and testament in our presence and
we have witnessed and signed the same at his request and in his presence and in
