WILL OF DEE WEBB

BEING OF SOUND and disposing mind and memory, I, DEE WEBB of Lauderdale
County.,Tenn. do make & publish this my last will and testament.

I direct that my debts,accounts and funeral expenses be paid by my
daughter,FRANCES JAMES,whom I make my administratrix without bond.

To my daughter,FRANCES JAMES,I will my farm in the 14th Civil District,my
farming equipment & fishing tackle.

To Mr.& Mrs.R.P.SUTTON,I will my household goods,my truck & trailer and
livestock.Upon the death of MR.& MRS R.P.SUTTON,this property,if still in their
hands and of any value,will go to FRANCES JAMES,the administratrix.

To BASIL WEBB,the son of my first wife,MAMIE,I will $5.00.( I assume it's $5 as
the two 00 have a slash beneath them.)

On witness whereof I have hereunto signed this my last will & testament on this
19th day of October 1953.  DEE WEBB.

SIGNED as & for the last will and testament by the said DEE WEBB,in the presence
of us,the undersigned,who at his request and in his sight & presence and in the
presence of each other have subscribed our names hereto as attending witnesses
on the day & date above written.
