ITEM 1: I hereby revoke and make void any wills heretofore made by me. ITEM 2: It is my wish that as soon as practicable after my death that the expenses of my last illness and funeral and all other expenses be paid. ITEM 3: I am the owner of a undivided two-thirds interest in and to a tract of land in the 7th Civil District of Lauderdale County,Tennessee,adjoining the property on which I have made my home for many years,which two-thirds interest I purchased from J.W.WEBB and CARA LANGLEY by deed of record in the Register's office of Lauderdale County,Tennessee,and the other one-third interest in and to said tract or parcel of land is now owned by my son,MONTELL WEBB,who also owns the remainder interest in the tract of land on which I have maintained a homestead and dower right as the widow of GEORGE WEBB.I hereby will and devise said undivided two-thirds interest in and t said real estate,which is all the real estate that I own or expect to own at the time of my death,unto my said son,MONTELL WEBB,in fee simple,so that he shall be the full owner of said tract of land. ITEM 4: I have a deposit in the Mason-Halls Bank in Kenton,Tenn.,the sum of $482.79 and I hereby will and bequeath said deposit of whatever funds I have in said bank on deposit to my credit to my son,MONTELL WEBB,in fee simple. ITEM 5: I have some stock in the Farmers Union Bank,of Ripley,Tenn.,which I will and bequeath to my son,MONTELL WEBB,in fee simple. ITEM 6: I am the holder of some bonds which are now left with the Farmers Union Bank of Ripley,Tenn.,for safekeeping,and whatever bonds I shall own at the time of my death I will and devise one-half to my daughter,MRS.BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,and one-half to my son,MONTELL WEBB. ITEM 7: I have on deposit with the Postoffice at Ripley,Tenn.,$1430.00,together with accrued interest,and I hereby will and bequeath said Postoffice deposit,whatever the same may be at the time of my death,unto my daughter,BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,and unto my son,MONTELL WEBB,share and share alike. ITEM 8: I will and bequeath to my son,JOE BLANKENSHIP,the sum of $50.00 in cash,and also the following articles of personal property; my ice box and three quilts.I make no further provision for my son,JOE BLANKENSHIP,for the reason that for many years my other two children herein named,have contributed to and assisted me in my support,and I feel that it is nothing but right to make a distinction between my children for the division of my property at my death. ITEM 9: I hereby will and bequeath the following items of personal property: (a) To my daughter,BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,my sewing machine and all of the quilts of which I may die seized and possessed,which have not been quilted,my little keepsakes and feather bed which my sister gave me,together with all my clothes. (b) I hereby will and bequeath unto my grandson,LLOYD BARBOUR, six iced tea glasses,and my pistol. (c) To my grandson, W.L. BARBOUR,I will and bequeath a cake plate with a dog head on it. (d) To my granddaughter,LENA JOYCE BLANKENSHIP,I will and bequeath a bowl with flowers in the edge. (e) To my granddaughter, MARILYN BLANKENSHIP,I will and bequeath a bowl with flowers in the bottom. (f) To my granddaughter,ANN BLANKENSHIP,I will and bequeath a bowl with fruit in the bottom. (g) All the remainder of my household goods and personal effects of which I may die seized and possessed,not herein expressly set out,I will and bequeath to my son,MONTELL WEBB,in fee simple. ITEM 10: If in my last illness it should be necessary for any of my children to wait on or attend me,I wish said child to receive the sum of $200.00 for said services out of my residuary estate,and also,if any of my children shall advance any additional money for me in my last illness,then I want said sums reimbursed out of my residuary estate,and I request that my daughter,BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,shal keep up with said sums so advanced. ITEM 11: I hereby will and bequeath such money as I shall have on deposit in the bank at my death and any other property of which I may die seized and possessed not provided for hereinabove,unto my daughter,BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,and my son,MONTELL WEBB,share and share alike,with the request that they divide said property with no friction or hard feelings between them. ITEM 12: In the event my daughter,BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,should die before I die,then it is my wish that all the provisions made herein for her shall go to her children,and if my son,MONTELL WEBB,shall die before my death leaving any children,then all of the provisions herein made for the benefit of said MONTELL WEBB shall go to the child or children of MONTELL WEBB,and if said MONTELL WEBB should die before me leaving no children,then all the provisions herein made for the benefit of my said son,MONTELL WEBB,shall go to and become the property of my daughter,BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR. ITEM 13: I nominate and appoint my daughter,MRS.BEULAH BLANKENSHIP BARBOUR,and my son,MONTELL WEBB,as Co-Executors of this my last Will and Testament and excuse them of the necessity of making bond as such Executors,and that if they should fail or disagree in the division of the property herein set out that they will let C.S.CARNEY,Jr.,who is preparing this will at my request,settle the dispute between them,since it is my wish that this matter be settled without any fuss or without any litigation,and I feel that they will be able to do so.
