I own a farm of 75 acres near Lightfoot and also an acre of land on the highway.There are two dwelling houses on the farm.I may build another house on the lot on the highway. I want my three children to have my said farm and lot after my death.Lorene to live in the house I am now living in; Freeman in the log house and Sarah in the new house on the lot which I intend to build. They will work a third all around,pay the taxes,and then after they get their rent,or one-third,the rest of the money will be divided into three parts,one-third for each. They are as follows: Mrs.Lorene RHODES, Freeman MIDYETT,and Mrs.Sarah HUTCHERSON,she is really my grandchild,but I refer to her as one of my children. When the first one dies,the real estate goes to the other two,then on down to the last one;they cannot sell their part to each one,and when the last one dies the place will be put and sold ( I mean the entire lands and improvements) by my executor,and the proceeds of the sale will be used for benefits of orphans in some Baptist Orphanage Home to be selected and designated by the Grace Baptist Church (through its Board of Deacons),said Church is at Central. I may borrow some money through long time loan on said lands and if I do my children shall keep up the payments. 2. I nominate B.C.Durham,Jr.,of Ripley,Tennessee,as executor of this will,and he will pay all my just debts out of the first money coming into his hands.And,any money or personal property I may have left I give equally to my said three children. 3. Any other real estate that I may own I leave the same way as my said farm and lot above set out.I want my son,Freeman,to see that this will is complied with.
