WILL OF M.D.WEBB

IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN   I,M.D.WEBB of Ripley,Tennessee,Lauderdale County,being
of sound mind and disposing memory hereby make and publish this my last will and
testament hereby revoking and making any other will here to fore made by me at
any time.

ITEM 1. I direct that my executors hereinafter named shall so soon as
practicable after my death pay all of my just debts in funeral expensas Dr
bills.

ITEM 2. I hereby give to my wife my homeplace also the lot joining now occupied
by GID WILSON to do as she pleases with.This property is situated in the town of
Rilpey,Tenn on the Ripley Brownsville road.

ITEM 3. After the death of my said wife is she owns the property at that time I
hereby direct my executors to sell my home place and the cottage named in Item
two of this will selling all of same on such terms and conditions as they may
deem best for the interest of my estate.

ITEM 4. I want my son JAMES AVERY WEBB to have his part of my estate as soon as
practible after my death to do as he pleases with.

ITEM 5. I want my son VASSER JONES WEBB to have the balance of his part of my
estate when he is forty years old.I want VASSER to have ten dollars a month up
to that time.

ITEM 6. I want my wife, my son JAMES AVERY WEBB to be my sole executors of my
estate.

ITEM 7. I hereby nomiate and appoint M C WEBB and J A WEBB sole executors of
this my last will and testament without bond.

IN Witness whereof I have set my hand on this the 25 day of January 1911. M D
WEBB

Signed by the said M D WEBB and for his last will and testament in the presence
of us the undersigned who at his request and in his sight and presence have
subscribe our names as witness on this the day and date above written.
THOS.M.GRAVES. GUY MOBLEY. The words "without bond" were added to Item 7 of the
request of said M D WEBB in the presence of the undersigned who at his request
and in his sight and the presence of each of us who subscribed our names as
