SECOND; I give all my real,personal and other property,in equals parts,to my two sons JAMES AVERY WEBB,his half to be paid and delivered to him at once,and VASSER JONES WEBB,his half to be held in trust by my Executor,on the following terms; Ten Dollars ($10.00) per month may be paid to him,if necessary,within the judgement of my Executor,out of the net income but the principal sum or corpus of his half shall not be paid or delivered to him until he is sixty-five years of age,except and in such amounts as my Executor may deem advisable and for his best interest and welfare,and the judgement of my Executor shall be final and conclusive. My Executor is authorized to sell,exchange,morgage,repair,improve,and manage all properties,and loan,invest,collect and reinvest the money of this half of my estate given my son,VASSER JONES WEBB,subject to this trust provision.My reason for this provision is that he is now in the prime of life,able to make his own living but may need help in his old age. THIRD: I appoint my son JAMES AVERY WEBB,sole Executor of my estate,without bond.In the event of his death or legal incapacity,either before or after my death,I appoint the Ripley Savings Bank and Trust to succeed him as my Executor.
