Ihr Leib ruft in den kuehlen Schoos der Erde



Ihr Geist ins Ort der Seelingen



Vereint mit ihren vorangegangenen



6 frueh verstorbenen Kindern



Seeligkeit und Fried[e]n ihrer Seele



und  Ruhe ihrer Ashe

Brought/attained her Age to (on/onto) 40 Y. 5 M. 23 D.



Her Body called in the Cool Lap of the Earth



Her Ghost (Spirit) into the Domain (Place) of the Soulful



United with her preceding (gone before)



6 early deceased Children



Blissfulness and Peace (of) her Soul 



and Rest (to) her Ashes.
