Or is fasthes or deru that B. H. Rose be allowed Gen dollars as solicitor for county court of said county for the year 1850. At least twelve of the acting Justice of the Peace in and for said county being present and voting in the affirmative to wit; Stewart, Powell, Appleton, Hoff, Jackson, Parks, Springer, Meadows, Edwiston, GGurins, Barrish, Harwell, Wassan, Hell, Whirter, It is ordered by the court tht Thomas D. Deavenport be allowed five dollars and fifty cents for food, sold to the Poor Houses consumption is for the paupers of said county. At least twelve of the acting Justices of the Peace in and for said county being present and voting in the affirmative to wit; Stewart, Appleton, Hoff, Jackson, Parks, Wisdom, Edmiston, Gurnes, Parrish, Maxwell, McWhirter and McBride It is ordered by the court that C B Crook be allowed two dollars for writing two bonds as attorney for the county court of said county. At least twelve of the acting Justices of the Peace in and for said county being present and voting in the affirmative to wit, Stewart, Pow-o, Appleton, Goff, Jacksons, Parks, Springer, Wisdom, Edmiston, Turner, Paush, Howell, LA Richardson, Masson, McWhirtes, McBride, and Hutchison, It is ordered by this court that the revenue commissioners for the year 1851 for said county be allowed each ten Dollars for taking in a list of the taxable property and polls in there respective Districts for the year 1851. It is further ordered by the court that the county commissioners be allowed two Dollars and fifty cents each for settling with -- Alford Mustes(?) for said county for the year 1851.
