To any Regular minister of the Gospel having the care of souls or any Justice 
of the peace in and for said County These are to authorize Either of you to 
Solemnize the rites of matrimony between James S Boshiears and Dehla Vincent 
of your County agreeable in act of Assembly in such case made and provided 
Provided always that the said Dehla be an actual Resident of the said County 
otherwise there shall not be acounted any authority to you or either of you 
for the purpose aforesaid more than though the same had never been praid or 
Granted Given under my hand at office this 25th day of July 1837
