The Condiditon of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound Isaac Brashers hath prayed and obtained a license to marry Mary Basham now if the said Mary Basham be an actual resident in the aforesaid County and there shall not appear any lawful cause why the said Isaac Brashears & Mary Basham should not be Joined together in holy matrimony as husband and wife then the above obligation to be void Else remains in full force and virtue ISaac Brashers (seal) Walter Brashers (seal)
