Witness our hands and seals this 15th day of February 1831. The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas William Davis hath prayed and obtained a license to marry Nancey Brashers. Now if the said Nancey be an actual resident of the aforesaid county, and there shall not appear any lawful cause why the said William and Nancey should not be joined together in Holy matrimony, as husband and wife, then this obligation to be void and of no effect, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
