To any regular minister of the Gospel having the care of souls or any Justice of 
the peace in and for said County These are to authorize you or Either of you to 
Solomize the rights of Matrimony between Kincheon Piper and Jane Brashers of your 
County agreeably to the provision of an act of Assembly in such Case Made and 
provided Provided always that the said Jane Brashers be an actual resident of the 
aforesaid County otherwise these shall not be accounted any Cause or orthority to 
you or Either of you for the purpose aforesaid more than the same had never been 
pray or Granted Given under My hand at office this 9th day of Nobember 1836
