Robertson & Thomas Robertson of the County of Lawrence & State of Tennessee are held & firmly bound unto the Governor of said State for the time being & his successors in office In the sum of $1250 for the payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs & sealed with our seals & dated the 23rd Day of March 1836 The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound James M.
