This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Mark and Cheryl Zelek zelek@mindspring.com ==================================================================== Will of Elizabeth Pollock I Elizabeth Pollock being at present in usual health and sound disposing mind and knowing life to be uncertain and death to be the inevitable fate of all mankind do make and Publish the my last will and testament revoking and making void all other wills be me made First: it is my will and I direct that my funeral Expences and all debts be paid as soon as possable after my death out of any money that I may died possesed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor Second: it is my will and desire that all of my personal property and Effects that I may own at my death be devided amonghts my Brother A B Pollock three Children namly Joanah C Maryann and Charles B Pollock in following manor to wit: I give and bequeath to my niece Joanah C Pollock my sewing machine cooking stove clock dining Table and my two best Beds and Bedsteades and clothing and Twenty Dollars in Gold and I give and bequeath to my niece Marryann I Pollock one Bed and Bedstead and clothing and to my nepheu Charles B Pollock I give and bequeath one Bed and Bedstead and clothing Third: it is my will that the balance of my personal property and effects that I may possess at my death after taking out the special gifts as above stated shall be sold by my Executor and the proceeds together with what intrest I may have in any personal or household property that was left by my Father in his will to be divided amonghst his heirs be divided Equally between my two nieces Joanah C and Maryann Pollock and my nephue Charles B Pollock lastly I do hereby nomate and appoint W D B Davidson my Executor in testimony wherof I do to this my will set my hand this the fourth of June one thousand eighteen hundred and eighty four.
