H. J. Burroughs. Burial was in Old Orchard Cemetery. Surviving are two sons, James and Dick Armstrong; and three daughters, Mrs. Ben Williamson, Mrs. Walter Swing, and Mrs. Virgil Scott, near Petersburg; one brother, Jim Armstrong, of Bellville, and sister, Mrs. W. S. Stone, of near Bellville. Several grandchildren also survive. Mr. Armstrong was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
