Bills

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Bills, aged 81 years, widow of the

late C. T. Bills, better known as Mrs. Betty Bills, who died at her home

near here early Friday morning, were held at the home Saturday, at 11:00

a.m., by Eld. Bill Leonard.

She was the daughter of the late Julia Ann Davidson and Robert G.

Blacknall. She was born and reared near Petersburg, She is survived by one

brother, Charlie Blacknall, of McAllen, Texas; one half-brother, Jim

Wakefield, of Nashville; two daughters, Miss Bertie Bills and Mrs. Albert

Hill, of Petersburg, and one granddaughter, Miss Ruth Bills.

Burial was in the family cemetery near the home.
