Brown

Funeral services for Mrs. Melissa Cheek Brown, aged 80 years, who died

Tuesday afternoon, at the home of her son, Benny Brown, near here, were

conducted Wednesday at the Ostella Church of Christ by Eld. H. M. Phillips.

Mrs. Brown was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Cheek, and has

lived most of her life in this community. She was a member of the Church of

Christ.

Besides her son, she is survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Burial was in Spring Place Cemetery.
