Lincoln County News - November 16, 1939
Bryant

Funeral services for Mrs. Callie Sanders Bryant, 72, wife of Rufus Bryant,

of the Blakeville community, who died at her home early Saturday morning

after a lingering illness, were held Sunday at the C. P. Church at Howell

by Rev. H. J. Burroughs.

She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She is survived by

her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Colyar Barnes, of Howell; eight sons, Sam

Bryant, of California; Earl Bryant, of Bidwell; Thomas Bryant, of

Petersburg; Bank Bryant, of Mimosa; Bill Bryant, of Bellview; Hubert and

Carl Bryant, of Akron, Ohio; Mike Bryant, of Howell; twenty-six

grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Burial was at Old Unity Cemetery.
