George

Funeral services for Mrs. Sina Kimes George, aged 73 years, widow of the

late Newman W. George, Sr., who died at her home near here Thursday night,

were conducted Friday afternoon at the home by Eld. J. W. Sanders.

Mrs. George, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Kimes, was born and

reared in Lincoln County and was a member of the Methodist Church.

She is survived by one stepdaughter, Mrs. A. B. Moore; one stepson, N. W.

George, Jr.; two sisters, Mrs. Cleve Prosser, of Shelbyville, and Mrs. John

Armstrong, of Fayetteville; one brother, Fate Kimes, of Fayetteville;

several nieces and nephews.

Burial in Old Unity Cemetery near Howell.
