Harkins

Funeral services for Mrs. Donia Simmons Harkins, aged 90 years, widow of

Thomas Marion Harkins, who died late Saturday might, March 28, at her home

near Petersburg after a lengthy illness, were conducted at the residence

Tuesday afternoon by Eld. Allen Shaddy.

Mrs. Harkins was a member of the Church of Christ and had lived her entire

life in the Petersburg community.

Surviving are two sons, Robert P. Harkins, of Petersburg, and Thomas Eugene

Harkins, of Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. Ozell Redd, of St. Petersburg,

Florida; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Old Orchard Cemetery.
