Lincoln County News - February 15, 1934
Hart

Dr. George Hart, 54, dentist, died at his home in Petersburg of double

pneumonia Sunday afternoon following a brief illness. He resided in

Petersburg since 1905, coming here from Flat Creek. He was an active member

of the Church of Christ and an elder for the past twenty-four years.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora Schoffner Hart; one daughter, Mrs.

Fred Montgomery of Petersburg; two sons, George of Petersburg and Alwyn of

near Knoxville.
