H. Hillis, aged 57 years, who was instantly killed two miles from Fayetteville on the Petersburg Highway, Monday night at 9:30 p.m., when his car ran into a milk truck, driven by J. B. Jobe, of Delina, were held Wednesday afternoon at the Minor Hill Church of Christ, near Pulaski, by the Eld. Elmer Smith of Pulaski. Mr. Hillis had been to Fayetteville and was returning here when the accident occurred. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Hillis; one son, Leon Hillis, of St. Louis; one sister, Mrs. John Word, of Minor Hill; and three brothers. Burial at the Minor Hill Cemetery.
