Lincoln County News - June 13, 1940
Luna

Word has been received of the death of Eb Luna, aged 57 years, who died at

the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Rives, of Denton, Texas. He had been in

ill health for some time. He is the son of John B. Luna and Margaret Vaughn

Luna. He moved to Texas about thirty years ago. Services were held Saturday

afternoon.

His wife preceded him to the grave last year. His mother, Mrs. Mag Luna

passed away March 30.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John Rives; two grandchildren, Marie

and Eb Willis Rives; five sisters, Mrs. George Fowler, Mrs. Walter

Broadway, Mrs. Oliver Talley, Mrs. Kate Pylant, of Petersburg, and Mrs.

Johnny White, of California; and one brother, Buford Luna, of Petersburg.
