B. Luna, who died at her home near here at 3:15 p.m., Thursday, after a few days illness following a stroke of paralysis suffered Monday morning, were held Friday, at 2:00 p.m., by Eld. W. A. Pinkstaff, assisted by Eld. B. F. Hart. She was a native of Franklin, Tenn., moving here soon after her marriage nearly seventy years ago. Her husband preceded her to the grave about thirty-six years ago. She was the daughter of the late Isaac and Susan Bateman Vaughn, of Williamson County. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. George Fowler, Mrs. Kate Pylant, Mrs. Walter Broadway, Mrs. Oliver Talley; Mrs. Johnny White, of Long Beach, California; two sons, Buford Luna, of Petersburg, and Eb Luna, of Denton, Texas; seventeen grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Burial was at the New Hope Cemetery.
