Marsh

Funeral services for John L. Marsh, aged 53 years, who died at his home

Thursday after a lengthy illness were held Friday at 2:30 p.m., at the

Baptist Church, by Prof. L. I. Mills, of Shelbyville, and Mr. R. K. Morgan.



He was the son of the late John W. and Sarah Marsh. He was born and reared here.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sarah Young Marsh; six sisters, Mrs. Mary

Reavis, of Lewisburg; Mrs. Ann Dryden, of Fayetteville; Miss Laura Marsh,

of Nashville; Mrs. Cook, of California; Mrs. Ayers, of Detroit, and Mrs.

T. Q. Jones, of Gainesville, Ga., and six brothers, A. P. Marsh, of

Petersburg; George Marsh, of Fayetteville; Mike Marsh, of Lincoln; William

Marsh, of Atlanta; Jim Marsh, of Fort Myers, and Robert Marsh, of Portland,

Oregon.

Burial in Old Orchard Cemetery.
