Pierce

Funeral services for John L. "Jack" Pierce, aged 80 years, who was found

dead at his back door Thursday morning, were held Friday afternoon, at 2:00

p.m., by Eld. Allen Shaddy.

He was the son of the late Jesse and Betty Campbell Pierce. He is survived

by three brothers, Jesse Pierce, of Mt. Herman; Sam Pierce, of Winchester;

and Henry Pierce, of Flat Creek, several nieces and nephews.

Burial at Old Orchard Cemetery.
