Funeral services were held at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church Saturday, conducted by the Rev. W. S. Marshall, of Nashville; the Rev. H. J. Burroughs and the Rev. E. Rueb. She was the wife of the late Bob Rives and was a life-long citizen of Petersburg. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Surviving are one son, Luther Rives, of Petersburg; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Ellis and Miss Sallie Rives, of Petersburg, and Mrs. Jepp Smith, of Elora; one granddaughter, Mrs. Raymond Burroughs, of Fayetteville.
