Lincoln County News - February 1, 1945
Sorrells

Mrs. Frances Phelps Sorrells, 87, died at the home of her son, Hoyt

Sorrells, on Chestnut Ridge Monday night. She was a lifelong resident of

this community, wife of Will Sorrells and had a host of friends.

Funeral services were held form the Chestnut Ridge Church of Christ

Wednesday morning with Eld. Allen Shaddy.

 Survivors besides her son, are six grandchildren and two

great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Nettie Edgers, of Chattanooga.

 Burial in Petersburg Cemetery.
