M. K. Harwell, assisted by Eld. O. E. Coffman, of Lawrenceburg, December 26, at 2:00 p.m. He was a member of the Methodist Church. He was born and reared at Hobbs Island, Ala., the son of the late Christopher and Laura Hobbs Taylor. He was accountant for the Southern Railway Company before moving to Petersburg about thirty years ago, where he established his drug business. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth McAdams Taylor; one sister, Mrs. Ben C. Dysart, of Petersburg, and several nieces and nephews. Burial in Old Orchard Cemetery.
