P.356 I James NELSON of Lincoln County, State of Tennessee, being of a sound and disposing mind & knowing that it is appointed that man shall die do make and & ordain this my last will and Testament. Viz. 1st I will that my just debts be paidby my executor herein after named out of any monies that shall first come ionto the hands of mine. 2nd I will that all my property, land & all be sold at publick sale to the best bidder the perishable property on one years credit, the land on one & two year credit, with sufficient power to convey the title to the purchaser. 3rd.
