contains copy of will of Nancy M. White.  Will:  16 Oct. 1872; of Cherokee 

Co., NC. but at this time being in Loudon Co., Tenn.; to husband Eadon White, 

personal property of every kind and any remaining at his death to go to 

brother Samuel H. Dickey; farm in McMinn Co. to brother Samuel; exec:  husband 

Eadon; witnesses:  A. C. Kaylor, William W. Dickey; proven Dec. 1872; Nancy 

signed by mark, not being able to write because of weakness.  Nancy formerly 

Dickey died in Loudon Co. Oct. 1872 without issue, leaving brothers and 

sisters and their heirs as follows:

	3.  John F. dec'd whose children are son J.[James] M.[Madison] of Ga.; 

Rebecca Ann wife of Thomas Franklin of Meigs Co.; Elizabeth wife of William

Loudon Co.; Racheal P. or L. of Loudon Co., Mary Perlina of Loudon Co.; 

Sophrona E. wife of Henry A. Waller of Loudon Co.; Teressa dec'd wife of John 

Self dec'd whose children are J.[James] F. and H. L. [Harris Taylor?] of Ala;

	4.  Elizabeth dec'd wife of William Elkins dec'd whose children are 

Samuel dec'd whose heirs' names and residences are unknown; James F. of Texas; 

Thomas of McMinn Co.; Louisa wife of W. J. Bilderback of Loudon Co.; Eliza 

wife of Hardin Waller of Roane Co.; R. Elizabeth of Roane Co.; H. H. dec'd

	8.  Samuel H. who dies Oct. 1873 intestate in McMinn Co. without issue 

and without wife.  

	Eadon White being of N. C. did not qualify as exec. and D. H. Dickey 

was appointed.  Petition to sell the Spring Creek farm to repay D. H. for 

money he has expended in paying debts.  There is an affidavit by William W. 

Dickey that John D. Fox one of the respondents is a nonresident, but there is 

no John D. Fox in the list of respondents.
