First- I direct that my body be decently Interred at Cave Creek in Roane County in a manner suitable to my condition in life and as to such worldly Estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me with. I despose of the same as follows. First- I give to my daughter _______ one hundred dollars of the proceeds of m land and also my Second Daughter Polly Ann one hundred dollars, and I give to my son Hardin one hundred. Also I give to my Son George M. Littleton one hundred dollars. I also give to my Son's Hardin and George M. Littleton to have the land they use in making their Stove Wear , and further I appoint my Son George M. Littleton, my lawful Executor to my Will. I also want my Sons Hardin and George to pay the Girls one hundred dollars apiece and take my farm. In witness whereof I Catherine Ingram the Said Testatrix have set my hand and seal this 22 nd day of December Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Six. Wheat the Subscribing witnesses thereto and adjudged by the Court to be the last will and testament of said Testatrix and admitted to record and ordered to be certified and recorded.
