I give my farms to my Sons Moses L. Ingram and Jefferson Ingram. Moses L. Ingram is to have all of the farm West of the Loudon Road except from the hollow on the Kingston Road the line is to start at that point and _____ to the West corner of the Barn lot thence with the bar lot fence to the South corner thence with the big gulley till it stricks the big road below the hous I want Jefferson to hav all the remainder of my land so as to include the Barn lot cut off the West side of the road, Moses L. Ingram and Jefferson Ingram is to pay my other heirs one hundred and fifty apeace excepted the Dock Littleton heirs I had given them their portions of my estate heretofore and I want the one hundred and fifty Dollars that was to be paid to my daughter Hannah Littleton to be paid to her Daughter Mary Littleton for her own benefit. I also will that Joseph Stuart the boy that I have raised shall have a horse to be worth Seventy five Dollars Said horse is to be furnished by Moses L. Ingram and Jefferson Ingram to the said Joseph Stuart. I give my entire stock and farming utensils house hold and kitchen furniture to my Son Jefferson Ingram this I make my last will this the 23 rd day of July 1882. R. Ingram the subscribing witnesses thereto and adjudged by the Court to be the last will and testament of said testator, and ordered to be certified and recorded.
