Will of William L Kline

I William L. Kline of the County of Loudon and State of Tennessee make this my 
last will and testament.  I will that my estate be settled and my property and 
effects be disposed of and go as provided in cases of ivtestacy(?) by the laws 
of the State of Tennessee, except 
1. I give and bequeath one Thoushand Dollars ($1000.00) to my mother Mrs. 
Sarah L. Kline as her separate and absolute estate free from the rights of any 
other person or persons.
2. Most of the household and Kitchen furniture of my present residence and the 
horse and carriage and the musical instruments, ornaments, were bought by and 
I recognize as belonging to my wife. I will therefore that none of these 
things including any of such character as may in law be mine, be sold, but my 
wife shall have them.
3. I appoint James H. Johnston and Robert M. Johnston of said county of Loudon 
and State of Tennessee the executors of my will to administer on my ???? 
estate according to the laws of Tennessee and this will.

same was Five  Thousand Dollars

about 250 bu. of corn in ear
about 2500 lbs of Hay

Farming Implements
Two old Binders, One mower, One Grain Drill, One Disk Harrow, One V Harrow, 
One steel frame harrow, One old Fan(?) mill, Two turning plows, Three double 
shovel plows, Four Single plows, Stocks, One Hay rake, One Hay Puller(?), One 
old corn sheller, One hay fork, and tackle, one hay knife, one post hole 
digger, one garden fork, one spade, Half interest Daisy reaper, one road 
?????, One Buggy, A lot scrap iron, about four hundred feet of lumber, two Log 
chains, Blacksmith tools one pair of bellows, one anvil, two pair tongus and 
one hammer.
