Kline of the County of Loudon and State of Tennessee make this my last will and testament. I will that my estate be settled and my property and effects be disposed of and go as provided in cases of ivtestacy(?) by the laws of the State of Tennessee, except 1. I give and bequeath one Thoushand Dollars ($1000.00) to my mother Mrs. Sarah L. Kline as her separate and absolute estate free from the rights of any other person or persons. 2. Most of the household and Kitchen furniture of my present residence and the horse and carriage and the musical instruments, ornaments, were bought by and I recognize as belonging to my wife.
