Curlin & Others vs. Theophilus Chandler, and James and David Chandler Bill to Sell Land Be it remembered that on this 7th day of December 1858, came on this cause to be heard before the worshipful the county Court of Madison County, upon the Report of the Clerk and Master made in pursuance of an interlocutory decree rendered at the October Term of this Court, which being unexcepted to is in all things confirmed: ___ And it appearing to the Court that the Clrk. And Master in pursuance of said decree, on the 27th day of November, 1858, procceded to sell said land according to the lines presented by said decree, and sold the same to William H.
