Midgett, Administrator of the estate of Henry Beaty who died intestate, to file returns for the inventory and amount from sale of Henry Beaty's estate. The Court issues an order to Midgett to do so. Curlin, Guardian Ex Parte On this day John V. Curlin [John Valentine Curlin] guardian of his minor child Thomas G. [Thomas Greene Curlin] and in his own right as distributer comes and moves the Court to order E. R. Midgett as administrator of Thomas Beaty to report the amount of the sale of the property of his intestate and return an inventory of the (?) his having been appointed said administrator at the August Term 1861 of this Court and has thus far failed to make any returns.
