Summary:  John V. Curlin [John Valentine Curlin, son of John Curlin], as 
guardian of his son Thomas G. Curlin [Thomas Greene Curlin, son of John V. 
Curlin and his first wife Amanda Beaty Curlin], petitions the Court for an 
accounting of the estate of John Beaty, which Ashley R. Midgett has failed 
to file as administrator of John Beaty's estate.  [John Beaty may have been 
a brother of Amanda Beaty Curlin who died while serving in the Civil War?]

Ex Parte

On the applicatiion of John V. Curlin [John Valentine Curlin] in his own 
right and as the guardian of his son Thomas G. [Thomas Greene Curlin] and 
it appearing to the Court that Ashley R. Midgett has failed to return an 
inventory of the estate of John Beaty deceased of which he is the 
administrator, it is therefore ordered that he make said return, and that a 
citation if owe (?)
