Curlin's father-in-law, A. G. Beaty [actually Warren G. Beaty], who died intestate, to accurately report the value of the estate. In support of the petition, John V. Curlin in his own right and as guardian of his son, Thomas G. Ex Parte On this day came on his cause to be heard on petition, and it appearing that petitioner intermarried in 1846 with the daughter of A. G. Beaty qualified as his administrator in this Court in 1861; that he has made but one report of his accounting; and doings as administrator and that the report thus made contains manifest and apparent errors (?) that he fails to report the (four words obliterated) personal affects of his intestate correctly and not entirely from said report as a charge to him about the sum of $1253.08 and for this that he reports a valuable grist mill worthless, and also the rent of two tracts of land at very inadequate prices and that he fails to report or account for the hire of negroes of said estate for 1863, 64, & 65 is therefore ordered that a citation issue commanding said administrator to return unto this Court a perfect inventory of said estate ordered by the February term of this Court.
