Recorded: December 14, 1855

 “Mary Ann S, Crews, Madison Co, Tennessee, sold to W. H. Brown for $160, her 

interest in tract of land in Civil District 10, Madison Co, it ‘being the land 

owned by Littleberry Crews at his death and willed to his children equally, 

after the death or marriage of his wife, Nancy.’ Dec. 14, 1855, Recorded April 

17, 1858. Witness Hiram Anthony, L. L. Brown.”
