Tampa, Fl. Hillsborough county, Sunday, June 17, 2007.
Joseph T. Meek, 83, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2007. Born n 

Jackson, Tenn., moved to the Bay Area from Boston, Mass., in 1980. Retired as a 

Chief Petty Officer after 22 years in the U. S. Navy. Survivors: His Son, 

Christian Meek and Wife of Tampa; Sister, Grace Flemming of Leeds, Ala. Funeral 

service, 10 a.m. Wednesday at Loyless Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 

Florida National Cemetery. Will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
