February 2, 1932



I, Charles Thweat Russell, being of sound mind and realizing the uncertainty of

life and the absolute certainty of death, do hereby make this my last will and

testament;



I will and bequeath all property, real and personal, which I may possess at my

death to my wife, Irene Caliborne Russell, with the exception of the interest I

hold in the estate of my mother, Mrs. Sarah T. Russell, located at 132 Stoddart

Street, in the Third Ward of the City of Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee, this

I will and bequeath to my sister, Martha Ann Russell, better known as Patsy

Russell, to be held by her during her lifetime; at her death this interest is to

go to my wife Irene Claiborne Russell. 



I hereby designate my wife, Irene Claiborne Russell, as Executrix of these

provisions, without bond.  The said Irene Claiborne Russell, my wife is requested

to pay all just debts that may be provable against my estate.



This Will revokes any former Will that may have been made by me.
