Russell, located at 132 Stoddart Street, in the Third Ward of the City of Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee, this I will and bequeath to my sister, Martha Ann Russell, better known as Patsy Russell, to be held by her during her lifetime; at her death this interest is to go to my wife Irene Claiborne Russell. I hereby designate my wife, Irene Claiborne Russell, as Executrix of these provisions, without bond. The said Irene Claiborne Russell, my wife is requested to pay all just debts that may be provable against my estate. This Will revokes any former Will that may have been made by me.
