I, Mary Ann Cheatham Teague, Spinster, being of sound mind and memory, but mindful of the uncertainty of human life, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills made by me. First: - I give , devise and bequeath to my niece Martha Ann Russell, the daughter of my sister Sarah Teague Russell, all the property, both real and personal of whatever kind, of which I may die seized , and possessed, to her absolutely. Second: - I nominate, constitute, and appoint my said niece Martha Ann Russell. As Executrix of this my will, and release her from bond, and security as such. Witness my hand, in the City of Jackson, County of Madison, State of Tennessee, this 7th day of November 1902.
