Will of Samuel Claibean BELL

In the name of God Amen I S. Claibean BELL of Marhsall County and State of 
Tennessee being weak in body but of sound mind and Memory do make and appoint 
this my Last will and Testament in the following manner to wit.  After all my 
Just Debts is paid my will and desire is that my beloved Wife Martha E. BELL 
to have my tract of land of thirty one and a quarter acres, together with all 
my household and kitchen furniture my horses and all my Stock of cattle Hogs & 
sheep and that my wife Martha E. BELL and James HEMPHILL be appointed Executor 
to this my last will and Testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto 
affixed my hand and seal this 4th day of October 1851.

Personally appeared in open Court Wm McKNIGHT and Nathaniel TALLY subscribing 
witnesses to the above will after being sworn here in open Court proved the 
due execution of said will as the law directs  Given under my hand at office 
this 5th day of Jany 1852
